Co-Founder and Secretary Director of Programs

Linda L. Erickson, co-founder of the Northwest Montana Veterans Stand Down & Food Pantry, has been a driving force behind the organization’s mission to uplift homeless, low-income, and at-risk veterans and their families. Since co-launching the first Stand Down in 2000 with her husband, Allen, and opening the Food Pantry in 2002, Linda has served as Secretary/Treasurer and Executive Administrative Assistant, anchoring the organization’s daily operations in Kalispell.
“Veterans normally aren’t going to utilize the other programs because they don’t feel they should have to ask for charity. But veterans helping veterans is different. We are helping them break the barriers down from the people who can help and the people who need help by camaraderie.”
